My courses extensively expands my knowledge in Algorithm and software design and development. Most importantly, extensive studies of statistics helps me understands probability, inference and time series and other statistical concepts in details - and these are applied in deeplearning.

Research Assistant to a MIT PhD Candidate

I worked with a medical historian, a MIT HEALS fellow during the course o his fellowship to explore the utilizationa of AI in diasporic telemedicine and the limiting factors in use of metaphor in low resource languages like Igbo, hausa and Yoruba. During the I developed a GIS system to monitor disease prevalence across Africa, where if hosptals across Africa adopt the systme, we could have a real time insight into diease across Africa. I also built a webscrapping tool specifically collecting high quality data in our language of interest to build corpus that could be used in traning or fine tuning AI model in these languages as metaphors can only be captured from original texts and not from translated text used as database for most of these languages. My work contributed immensely to his proposition of the Oracular intelligence, a framework to how AI can be used in telemedicine.

I started to learn the importance of Freedom, picked interest in Digital Advocacy. My major role was to maintain the website and guide other technical decisions. I also introduce the Voice Hub, a hub to promote human liberty on social media platforms and train digital advocates.

Joined the organization as a poineer team member on a contract to build the first website for the organization. The first website was replaced with a website a built after I was promoted to the Web/IT Director to keep up with modern design and a more robust interface.

The inefficiency in the health system in Nigeria is terrible and healthcare adoption remains poor. We worked on developing AI-chatbots to allow for 24/7 access to healthcare services, built a patient app to allow patients access hospital, schedule/manage appointments and access their medical records digitally. On the hospital side, we built a hospital management system to help hospitals manage patients, appointments, medical records and billing. The only thing lacking was the ability to collaborate with hospitals and deploy the solution as adoption was low. Within this period I interacted with over 15 doctors and the knowledge about the issues even arround adoption of tech and other issues where astonishing and enlightening.

I worked majorly in data preparation and cleaning for advanced AI systems focusing on processes that needed code and not external tools except for cases where data has to be manually collected. I also worked in code review and testing of these complex AI algorithms.

I had a hard time in my early days as director of web/IT at Free Future Foundation arround event management. Majorly arround all the tools we need for hosting event, having to use multiple tools for multiple use cases became so expensive. This was a response to that, with features from forms, to quizes, to ticketing and team engagement/planing features, the goal was to keep expenses at bar for organizations who rely on all these multiple tools and make payment very transperent, no expensive subscription, just pay for what you use, how you use it and get every feature needed for success.

Video Compresser with OpenCV

This was a two day project. I had a need to compress videos frequently and a lot of websites was frustrating me with three ads or more per compressed video also, download and upload time was much when internet access stalled. I used python and OpenCV to compress my videos, I later implemented the UI in the second day when I discovered I needed it more than I thought.

Lexrunit

Operations paused till 2031. Lexrunit is a healthtech company building technologies for hospitals and patients with focus in low resource countries. Major applications include a hospital management system, patient application and whatsapp bot for 24/7 health insight. I was not just a founder here, I was the leading developer, I built the website for the company, the whatsapp bot and the website for our Digital Access Initiative(dai.lexrunit.com). Our other softwares are not success from me but from other three devs I worked with.

The MMG Gallery

My first ever failed project, after building this website the client refused to accept the website. It's important part of my jornee, Not my worst website personally. This is a gallery for a graphic designer, following the brand focus, I built the website to suite its use case, allowing users to easily view through the creatives collections.
